Rainday.

Drizzle-drazzly rainday Siblings far away Wonder what's to gain here If perchance we may. Water overflowing Around my umbershoot Weatherproof phone typing About what's here to loot. Likewise He's well equipped us With evidence to boot To conquer what'er miffs us To render 'loneness moot. What pictures this communion? None makes analogy. Great Confidant in union This is reality. Else I'm a vine that's walking About with tendrils wrapped Around a floating trellis But where's the fun in that? We've learned to hide in Jesus Felt held tight in His hand Known talk with Him that frees us To walk as conq'ring land. We walk, stomp splashy puddles Alone learn to abide Keep images that help us What muddles, cast aside.
