Rainy Day

A cloud up above begins to grey... I watch it patiently waiting for rain. As I feel the first drop a shiver crawls down my spine. The single drop is followed by a soft spray which then turns into a downpour with time. The rain hits my face giving a feeling of relief as it cleanses the memories of yesterday. As it runs down my face it sinks into my pours rinsing away the gross and bad feelings that crusted my face. As it fades away my spirit feels renewed, ready to face the awaiting day.
