Ranch! I need more Ranch!

Through its servitude I earn my life’s keep;

Sweet tea is the new response for hello;

Bring me more is the chant that makes me weep;

Not high am I treated only below.

Though the crew says I am their MVP;

Ranch! She needs ranch at table thirty-one!

Oh how I wish I could strike with high knee,

My blow is slowed as if watched by a nun.

Determination like my apron sweats

The fallen tarter as it battles my shift.

Can I sit by the window, uhm sure, lets?

Fifteen percent, no less, a simple gift:

No matter the needy I love what I do,

Please tip your waiter, no need for ado.
