icking pedals off flowers saying “she love me she loves me not”
My heart is lost somewhere broken into two when will the pain stop?
I had it locked up and put away safe but Simone broke the lock
Love huh? Well it’s a twisted game it’s basically in a knot
Who am I really changing for God, you, or myself
Do I feel so lonely that I can only trust myself
Standing here like I’m the only one when there no one else
Where is all the pride that everyone had felt
We can leave the world lost in our list of hope
Or we can leave the world with an impact of a quote
Was it falling in love was something I tried to prevent?
But instead every inch of my love was sent
The love I had? I don’t somewhere it have went
Building a dark shade over me with this unknown tent
Holding my emotions in so I can let others vent
But now it gets confusing with us sometimes
Saying it might be an us somewhere down the line
When I can tell that you’re saying that now and you’re lyin’
But I just repeat to myself ill never give up in my mind
You’re saying no I say I understand while my teeth grind
Why are you doing this to me why not one more time
Huh doesn’t matter now you have somebody else sigh
Trade places with me and see what I see feel what u feel
Some of the things will only give you chills
I ask myself almost every other day what are you to me
You’re a prize and something that’s very rare what I see
Someone who’s always going to be very special to me
And if this makes you happy then I guess it was meant to be
