Rape.
Rape.
The pain is worse than any lashing.
Living each day remembering, flashing
Back to the high school party, take
A drink it’ll be fun said those snakes.
She takes one, then, two then, three,
She drank because it was fun to be free.
But soon they came, wanting a quick lay,
She doesn’t remember what they had to say,
The rest of the night is but a blur.
But the clear truth of what had occurred,
Came the next morning when she woke,
Watching these boys leave beginning to joke.
Like they had won some trophy some prize.
Now every day a part of her dies,
Even more pain came soon after,
Knowing behind her back came judgment & laughter.
Like it was her fault, like it was a joke.
Started by the boasting of those blokes.
To the point where they think she wanted this,
When all she wanted is death and the dark bliss.
If there is a god why would he let her suffer?
Is it some sick, twisted way to try and make her tougher?
Why would someone do something so wrong?
How has this been a problem for so long?
Seriously, just don’t fucking rape.
Because it makes people think death is their only escape.
Nobody asks to get raped by their clothing or flirting.
All you’re doing is taking our society and reverting
It back to the dark age of stupidity and inequality.
Because idiots treat this subject with frivolity.
Over 293,000 were sexually assaulted last year.
It’s still rape even if they said yes after ten beers.
Rape is something that should’ve been gone long ago.
Because people need to fucking learn that no means no.
