Rapport of My Loved Ones

Thu, 06/25/2015 - 00:07 -- Gizmo

When everything seems to go dark,

and all my hope is lost.

When my eyes see nothing but the abyss,

and my heart yearns for comfort.

When I've thrown in the towel,

and have fallen.

I look up to see a beacon of light,

that light then becomes familiar faces.

The shadows become fragments,

and my hope is restored.

My eyes see the radiant auras,

and my heart is rejuvenated.

I wipe my away my tears,

face my problems,

renew my mind,

ease my spirit,

and turn to those around me.

Those smiles, memories with them,

and advice given to me is what motivates me.

They never gave up on me,

so why should I?

I would the universe to them,

even my life.

Change was my nightmare,

but now I embrace it with open arms.

Eadem mutata resurgo,

I shall remember who I am,

and the people who have shaped me.

All my worries now drift in the wind,

and my happiness is engraved.

I see the path clearly now.

If I ever feel down again,

I know I can find them in my heart.

For as we know,

AMOR VINCIT OMNIA.
