"Raptured"

We crossed paths in the night sky As the Angels fought about us We found something they'd never know "Such a love lost In heaven " God said as he sent us to hell Making every moment last Looking at gold in its immortal form I kiss you one more time Before our seconds Recreate the days Empty pastures Full of lust A rebellious kind of love You look at me one last time With those eyes Innocence "I'll go , as long as I'm with you , I'll follow My thoughts went ablaze You laid your heart in my hands Not angry at me nor god For tampering with our plans An earthly weight falls upon my shoulders As they close the gate Your kiss Your touch One last time
