Rapunzel's Attempt
I'm lost without emotion
Their is nothing holding back, nothing holding me over
i wish i could just rip apart the fears from my heart
time passes by even though I don't know whats day and night
My mother comes in telling me this so called "world" is a dangerous place for me
But more dangerous than this?
Than this quiet lunacy that unbalances my tempered emotions to dust,
I have been entombed since I was born
Grasping for air other than this claustraphobic's hole
Scrubing the pests of dusts away only for them to come back better and stronger and more
Two years ago my mother brought me a boque of flowers and a book
which talked about a handsome hero, adventures and villains of this world
pondering about this made me ask questions to my beloved mother.
I've been searching for that book and flowers eversince
my mother says questions are bad for this world.
But I wish I could at least smell flowers...
About a week ago my mother brought me lambchops and a pitcher of juice
Stainless steal shimmered against my warm rose pulse
And as I softly cut with the smiled curved blade
i knew i didn't want to live in a dark empty space any longer
