Rapunzel's Problem

In the long infinite hours,

of a long infinite tower.

A girl by the name of Rapunzel

remained trapped in her home

which now seemed sour.

In the long infinite hours,

of a long infinite tower,

Rapunzel sat on her chair

while she brushed her hair.

Brushing her loved mane,

which she had always treated with care

as she grew bored, it now seemed like a chore.

Soon Rapunzel concluded that with her long hair

she wanted to have nothing more.

Rapunzel indulged in teen magazines.

Page after page, the loveliest haircuts she had ever seen!

A haircut turned out to be the answer.

With help of her animal friends,

ever so faster

Rapunzel did some trimming.

Soon it was done,

a new, fun, haircut

that made her smile shine like the sun.
