Raven

Like a bird swooping in

A pen in my hand gave me all the power to soar

No need to be afraid of the world because the Raven always wins

With a pen and a paper all my ideas would come to life and soar

His name is Edgar Allen Poe

He was the reason writing was my peace

Though dark, I would feel his words from my head to my toes

and since then I never felt so at ease

Now my mind and hand never stop working

And it is a blessing and curse to think so deeply to the core

But the Raven stays lurking

And I will never stop writing and say nevermore...
