Ready

Are you ready? Am I ready? Yes, I am I am ready Ready to experience What I have not Ready to fall To embrace This thing called L-O-V-E. Ready for a first, a second, a third To go through the ups and downs I believe I’m ready But I know That God has a path for me A path that may say ‘not right now’ It says wait! Slow down! But I don’t want to If I’m not ready Why do I feel this way? Why do you make me feel this way? Is this where my path has brought me To you To know that you are where I begin My first step, my first everything So…am I ready?
