"Real" Boy

In his heart he was a real boy,but no one else agreed. His heart this did destroyAnd so he began to plead: “Blue Fairy make them see,Who I truly am inside.I just want to be meWithout feeling like I've lied,”  The Blue Fairy heard his pleaAnd took pity on the lad. She let him go freeOf the body that he had.  Pinocchio’s soul now matched his form,Unlike the female body in which he was born.
