The Real Him


I became infatuated with the person you never were, lost in a pair of eyes that weren't your own and mesmerized by your well rehearsed lines. I fell for the person you pretended to be, this person that stands before me is unrecognizable, perhaps this is who you've been all along, but damn if you didn't do a good job of hiding it...
