Real Love

The unfaithful husband said "I love you my dear," When he kissed her goodnight and slept with a peer, A so called loyal friend said "bro, I love you man," As you turn around and he kicks your face into the sand, A mother told her son "I will love and protect you forever," But then commits suicide with a site of displeasure, All these people lied about there love, But there is one person who rose up above, Who never even said the words "I love you," But proved in His actions in which love came through, He died for your sins and mine, Heck even ALL of mankind, And we all take Him for granted, It's hard to understand it, He went through all that pain, But there are people here doing cocaine, And just ruining their lives, While Jesus made the ultimate sacrifice, So we can join Him in Heaven, And not have all this obsession, Obsession with all the sin in this world, So lost that we end up in the underworld, So you don't love somebody by what you speak, You love somebody based on your technique, Cause Jesus didn't say but he showed "I love you."
