The real me

my mind wishes to speak
but do I let it
no
no one can know my sins or lies
or the thoughts that roam around in my empty head
nor the depression and hatred I consume
the tears that constantly build up, but never fall
the scars that will never go away
the thoughts that fill my mind to the rim
the insanity of what's real or not
the realization of me faking my happiness, laughter, countless smiles
The real me
