The Real Me

Confidence. Who needs it? Self-assurance? You can keep it.Take all I have-- its worth nothing. My whole world is at a stand still...Waiting for your approval. Look me up and down rate me on a scale of 1-10. I'll cling to your every word and base my life off of what you say. Never Again. My world will no longer revolve around you. I will base my life on what my God says is true. About how He loves me and will never leave me. How he has chosen me and already accepted me. My God says I'm beautiful and that is all that matters. There is nothing you can do to defoul this pattern.Take a closer look and see the real me, I'm self-assured because Christ lives in me.
