Real Miracle
All my life I’ve been living on a low budget
Always worrying about if I could afford college
I keep thinking I have no shot of being what I want
If only you knew the struggles that I have fought
I have dreams that I want to release
Yet I feel like I’m all out of opportunities
If I had a thousand dollars for my education
That would be a real miracle, I’d be very thankful
To others the amount doesn’t mean a thing
But to me it’s way better than having nothing
To continue my path to a brighter future
I need a place to start on a road much smoother
It’s like I’m going in circles and I need a way out
Tired of always feeling in doubt
I feel like I’m running out of time
All these years are just flying by
Before I know it I’ll be a senior
Being pressured into choosing a career
And I’ve only got a year
If I had a thousand dollars for my education
That would be a real miracle, I’d be very thankful
So give me a chance; help me stay faithful
