the real recoginzation

The Real recognization

Listen to my heart
it has a slow beat
I believe from all the times it was broken, repaired and
eventually shattered to complete
Lifes back roads
had led everybody in different directions
In the last fun ride i had was lead to dead end that met
the main street not to know we were going in the
wrong direction and there it took us to hells one way street…
I remember sixteen driving loud music
full car with no where to go just smoking and
toking and thats all we knew
whoever knew the people back then
would be the people who’s talking
about how bad i sin..
twenty-four hours seven days a week
a person when y’all was babies shitting and pissing taking baths
in the same house laughing together is now your enemy and not only
that but cant stand to see you stand tall
but loves to see you fall
idk these times are not the same there
are no real left to remain
drugs are the new fast-food for money and water
Either that are your thirsty and
starving
back in middle school when kids i knew
had no money to eat that day Id
break my sandwich in half
to make sure they were fed
now anyone who those favors went to don’t
break bread for not a kid they once knew
so all this being said people will let you starve
till dead or stupidly beg when really they aren’t about
to make sure your fed and when really they rather laugh and see you dead
how sick is all this
all i know is don’t bite the hand that feeds you and end this with that being said
