A Real Relationship
In a real relationship,
we would love each other.
I would look for you,
and you would look for me.
We would spend time together.
I would want to be with you.
If I loved you,
and you loved me.
We wouldn’t be asked every day,
”Are you still dating?”
But I didn’t love you,
and you didn’t love me.
You broke up since you thought I’d cheat,
and I told you we were barely even dating.
In a real relationship,
we would love each other.
