The Real Truth
Even though my world has been shattered,
Even though my world has been disillusioned,
I am glad it happened. . . because now I know that
there is no one you can rely on, not even yourself
I am glad that the false light has been removed and the
real darkness and ugliness of life has been revealed. . .
Now, I know for a certainty that hope is a blackhole that
sucks the desparate and the broken in with a false light and
cruelly laughs at them as they struggle to get out of the chasm
called 'world reality'
I would never for a second go back, never, to that fake world
of happiness and hope.
