The Real Victory
The real victory
The tear, that dare,
To roll out of my eye
And began to defy,
The strongman as I.
The rebellion tear,
That did not fear,
Was just to appear,
To unveil my weakness,
And my fear.
I could not help, but hold it,
As tight as I can.
Lest it may smear,
My image as strong-man.
I was happy,
Of my victory.
I thought, I am strong.
But I was wrong.
Alas ! I failed,
And could not hold it long.
It did not rest,
And tried its best,
To roll out of my eye.
The undaunted tear
Began to try
To make me cry.
It filled me of sorrow,
I felt under harrow,
It made me sad,
I felt very bad.
Writhing under pain,
My efforts in vain,
Tears, as it rain,
Crestfallen I lie in my bed,
My eyes swollen and red,
It made me realised,
In vain, i had tried,
To prove me strong,
Indeed, I was wrong,
After a long,
I sung a song,
So spontaneous, so sweet,
As after a long,
A darling comes to meet,
The song full of sadness,
That took me out of madness,
I shed my tears,
I shed my fears
I really became happy
As I have a victory,
A real victory.
