Reality

My orbs espy a world and oneself
A mixture of horrid and wonderful
Laughter in children turns into tears in adulthood
Caved stomachs and lines on bodies
Life, death - their creation in sync
Fine rubies while others gory cardinal
Bleakness in well-wishers
And joy in haters
Humans, humans, humans
Black, blue
White, gold
Dark circles hidden with skin-toned creme
Too many failures, not enough victories
And being different turns into inequality and injustice
My orbs espy so much beauty on this Earth
But not enough to be apart of it
