Reality

Street living,

everyone sinnin,

nobody givin,

dreams of winnin,

but then i face the reality.

wanting to be at the top,

not thinking to stop,

thinkin the view will be something i wanna cop,

but then i face reality.

trying to be good at everything but school,

thinking ill be so cool,

picking on some fools,

but then i face the reality.

thinkin ill be a star,

that i will make it that far,

drive the fanciest new car,

but then i face the reality.

hollywood dreams,

wanting to be the star of the scene,

thinkin it will be all abot me,

but then i face reality.

Reality is that life aint as good as pictured here,

there,

or anywhere.

Reality is dreams are a shot in the dark,

a book written in sleep,

but then,

you wake up.

Reality is many of us wont make it out,

to see what its all about,

to expirience what the critics rave about.

Reality is a different perception,

one man gets the clean lense to look ahead,

the other man gets the one cracked and blurred.

Reality is that i will never have the chance to see,

to dream,

to imagine,

what it will be like to feel,

to see the i on the paper be important enough to be uppercased into the real form,

I.

Because reality isnt dreamt,

or percieved,

or imagined.

It's just real.
