Reality
Reality is hard to comprehend. One can ignore it, but what good does that do?
What good does hiding who you are, escaping your past, denying who you are as a person, as a human being, do?
It is the hardest change to be aware about.
Change only occurs in the mind, not in the materials you are able to possess.
Internal change is more real than external.
But change as a phase would be expected to be temporary.
Yet it is long-term, and that is where reality comes to play.
When one does not relish the change, their change, it ends up backfiring.
As humans, we have a unique way of dealing with problems,
but the most crucial step is the resolution.
When something is disliked, we tend to do what is necessary so that we do not have that flaw,
that negative quality anymore.
Even then, the sacrifice ultimately ends up being one of the few harmful effects of the resolution,
of the change.
When we develop a habit that ends up changing us,
both the internal and external effects only matter in such a predicament.
Any long-term bad habit can make the successful unsuccessful,
and the intellectual dumb.
Once we realize that the habit is bad and take action,
that is where the resolution takes place.
That is where the negative quality is gone,
the flaw removed,
the problem solved.
