REALITY

What ever happened to our youth.

We used to be so happy running around in the sun

without a care in the world

Living  in a utopia

a life with no worries, but then reality sits in and we realize that life is not the world of our dreams

Hanging ourselves because of words from others, Slut, Whore

Trying to mold ourselves into the perfect image that society strives

Slicing our wrist because we can´t take the judgment anymore

Breaking down from stress from school

Parents not believing mental illness exists

You are FINE they say

But what if you are not fine

What if you have no escape

What if you are in a deep dark hole just going through the motions of everyday

Depression, it is not just a word

it is a reality

it is a lifestyle
