Reality

It feels like a true fairytale.

Like the ones your mom reads to you at bedtime.

You're dreaming of walking through the dark green woods.

Only lit up by the tiny fireflies buzzing around.

The sky, like a dark navy blue bed sheet with its bright stars.

A moon that illuminates even brighter.

Walking down these  mysterious woods to bring you opon an adventure.

An adventure only in a dream.

You want to stay here forever, but soon you have to wake up to reality.

Reality isn't so sweet like a dream.

You aren't protected in real life, you have to be careful instead.

Afraid to even walk down the block when in a dream its perfectly safe to do so.

Sometimes dreams are were we rather be living in.

Reality isn't what you pictured when you were young.
