The reality trip

A five hour flight to my next destination

happy yet fearful will it live up to my expectations?

We hop of the plane

on a nugget shaped island so beautifully named

St. vincent and the grenadines

A two week stay

Such a breathtaking getaway

I took in some sights I'll remember to this day

A measley population of about one hundred thousand

goats, cows, and, pigs not too far off into the horizon

small roads and thinner side walks

only a few universities

were college kids can learn, grow, and talk

seeing this made me feel joy

the place where my family is from

but the oppurtunities in America are abundant

So I am glad I am here

Where I can touch the sky

And I will do my very best not to spoil it
