Realization

When you realize they don't care anymore

Hearing them call you a slut and a whore

When you realize they don't need you

Thinking what they say is true

When you realize that this world's a disaster

Hoping the end of it all comes faster

When you realize you can't hang on

Wanting to just be gone

When you realize that it can't end

Thinking of all the things you have to mend

When you realize you're to young to go

Seeing how much more you have to grow

I just found your account, and I think your poems are really strong! I like how you're able to talk about hard topics and make them seem conversational, and some of these hit close to home too. These are all really good; I hope you continue writing! :)
