Realizations.

If you ever get the chance to reflect on your life, And see your great job, car and wife, You might think it is very easy for all to make it big But everyone has a different size hole to dig You may have had some struggles here and there And your fair share of burdens for you to bear. There have been obstacles that you have overcome And possibly were not able to surpass some. We have all witnessed our share of misfortune in our lives And seen people who strayed too far away from their hive Often times we criticize these people for the situation they are in we assume they have brought it on themselves through stupidity or sin We seldom consider the fact that they aren’t to blame That they can’t get a life with success and fame This world we live in is an very unforgiving place. It is focused on religion possessions and race. Each person’s advantages in life are not as helpful as yours They haven’t stumbled across as many open doors They have worked for the little that they own and that is rarely ever shown So it is easy to be judgmental and think without much forethought but it is not what I as a small boy was taught. I was told by my father that i shouldn’t ever judge any soul That their advantages in life are not always like mine Like i said we all have to dig our own large hole and everyone else’s life was not as easy and divine don’t spend your time here being hateful and mean
