The Reason
The physical manifestation
of my mind's thought
blooming across the pages of paper
Is why I write
Breaking my inner voice
out of the accustomed silence to become
sound to be heard
Is why I write
The words made tangible
before did not exist among the corporeal plane
now lay there to be seen, to be heard, to be touched
Is why I write
