The Reason for Love

It doesn't matter

Whether you have blonde or brown hair

Or you are skinny or fatter

Because I love you

I don't love you because you love me.

I don't love you for the things you do.

I love you because you are funny,

Smart, beautiful and you always balance me out.

The reason I love you is simple.

It has nothing to do with what you look like.

It has nothing to do with your cute little dimple

It has everything do to with God

Your love for God is amazing.

It prods me to go further.

Your love for God is blazing.

Because I love you, I will never stand in your way of Him.
