The reason why

I cannot control any emotion that floods through my head It suddenly became a devotion And the hunger was well fed When my mind feels heavy I put my pen to paper It may not occur daily but I never regret it ever Feelings come and go And it helps to put it down Just so I'll know There was no need to frown Poetry is big part of my life It helps me cope It helps me strife And it makes me hope To better the future That looks so bright And remember the past Which is why I write.
