The Reason You're Cold

The Sun came to be for us people said

Light scorned the virgin ground with heat and life

But the Sun gave something special to the humans

Humans could now walk straight

The Sun did not come from a god or science

It was here before any of those human ideas came to be

They screamed and praised the Sun, she blushed

But apparently, we did not cry loud enough

One day, a long time ago, something strange occurred

It was a ordinary day, empty of any personality with the exception of one feeling:

Nausea

That was the day all of the birds flew into the sun, and its rain followed suit

We were frightened

Some blamed sicence

Some blamed god

But the people already had a solution

Many of us thought we were crazy but we worked together and that's what mattered.

We killed The Sun.
