Reasons

There is a reason for the sunshine, For the rain. There is a reason for the joy in life, And one for the pain. There is, of course, a reason for the moonlight, Just like there is one for the dark. And there is a reason for the ending As there was a reason for the start. You wait for the laughter. You shy away from the tears. Asking yourself why You're fast-forwarding through the years. But chin up, darling. There are roads still left to take. We've got miles and miles to go, And memories left to make.
