Definitions,
resounding voices, memorials,
a reason embedded in rhythm and rhymes.
Reminders,
to be loud, to be powerful,
to be strong in the hardest times.
Expression,
for the unspeakable,
against cowardice and lies.
Inspiration,
lifelong tributes passing along.
I write for the reasons that last a lifetime.
