Dear society,

Our relationship is over

We have tripped over each other for too long

Time to go our separate ways

The ignorance that has blinded me will not prevail

All for some lousy “like” for a fake image?

You forced me to smile when I didn’t want to

Is my life really picture perfect just like you see?

Why can’t I just be me?

Oh right, nobody wants to see the real me

They prefer to see a pretty girl

It is about time for me rebel against society's criticism 

I don’t want to live in a society that believes in copy and paste

It’s time for me to delete my account

It’s time for me to be different
