Rebuilding Myself

Forceful wind torments my stability,

Cracks in my foundation appear so ever slightly,

But weakens my strength.

As pressure builds,

I fall into the piles of others who have crashed into oblivion.

Powerless, as the cracks have now become wide open,

But hope rises up my stem as the visions of my insides become clear.

Bars of creativity and confidence,

Reveal itself in every vein that is visible.

I am more than what the wind has caused me to be.

There is life inside this rootless being,

And a new force has taken hold.

I am ready to create the new, strong me.
