Reconcile outa style

Whiter shade of pale

arrived on a ship

scattered like rabbits

their blooded whip

blind to the truth

void of loving life

fearful of others

steal children at night

cut down the elders

subjugate the tribes

punish use of language

create new jibes

label us flora and fauna

genocide rule of law

mystified by our colours

spirituality such a bore

re-write our story

with a poison pen

blood spattered rocks

mothers cry again

country now stolen

sacred sites trampled too

cuz we're only black

subservient to you

full of empty promises

declaration still not signed

for we are Australian

the creative human  kind

hear our spirits in the wind

let our stories re begin

our art feed your soul

reconciliation is -

listen-en
