Recovered me

Recover me. I rolled and dragged my body up this morning. Lights were bright and cranky. There was a chill in the air that everyone felt including me. Coffee black, Coffee fast ! And another cup After that . The coffee tastes better Smells so fresh and so good. It feels different in this kitchen I can smell and taste food. Before this I would just crawl back to sleep Drop the blinds Pull them in tight So I see nothing Nothing sees me. Not this morning for I felt like the coffee smelt. Fresh and good. My ways were all working as they should . My body my head I wanted to stay out of bed. Woke An awakening came to me Today i decide my own destiny. I was awake I was alive and I actually wanted to be... I thought any minute now I'm gonna wanna Crawl back in bed and sleep So I dropped the blinds And closed them tight So I see nothing And nothing sees me But something was different And it felt like coffee smelt Fresh and good And things. Working Like they should Things were waking up Within my body and my head. I no longer wanted To lay back down in bed I'm gonna eat some breakfast Run a mile and work out istead Then the thought came to me This was the first day Of the rest of my destiny And I was awake and I was alive And I actually wanted to be...
