The recurring pain

yet again this feeling hurts me inside my chest

It feels as though my heart has been chewed up by my stomach and left to never rest

No real reason has caused this state

In which so dearly I hate

No beautiful melodies or hard rock solos can sooth my soul

It feels as if I am left unwhole

I am tired all the time

And being at ease is something left to yet find

I don’t know how to de stress

Because look at my life it’s a mess

Mental breakdowns

Panic attacks

Depression

Is all the soundtrack of my life at the moment

I feel weak

Meek

And unable to clearly think

I can’t find the root of this feeling

But it feels as if I am pushed up against the ceiling

Is this what the thing called life is?

The feeling of feeling something missed?

I am unaware as how to fix myself

So for now I have to ignore this awful feeling and put it on the shelf

How I hate emotions

How I hate the feeling of drowning in the oceans

If only there were none

But I suppose that is something only done

In a perfect world
