Red Bird

I saw a red bird, a sign of love

I  passed by its nest yet he held her close

But if this is love, how could it be, that he is with her and not with me?

I saw a red bird, I heard it sing,

he said that he loved me but he wasn't sincere.

With pain and sorrow I headed on back,

passing by a tree I saw the bird cry.

 Love really is at lack,

people are not satisfied.

So now it is time to stand up and fight,

to put your head up and never look back,

to love yourself  and don't let your crown fall.
