red bubble O's

I only have to look at you

In vertical lines,

Up and down

And you present yourself in

Curved circles and colored droplets,

Fluid, plump goldfish swimming

To the pointed

Top of the church--

A moment of solemnity.

And then, again:

Circles, arched phrases and

Secret words whispered through

Little red bubble O’s, the

Birthplace of tiny petal kisses.
