red light

I’m sitting in an open room.

That little red light illuminating the white wall in front.

With a whisper, I stroll outside into the brisk air.

Just a black shirt and cold, bare feet.

I sit on a little balcony.

The 4th floor.

I spark a fire in between my fingers

Gawking at the colors in the sky.

They change from orange to pink to blue.

It’s nice to sit in silence.

Not thinking about the bullshit.

The hurt that none of you know about.

The bruises none of you see.
