Redemption
On my own, I cannot overcome
I cannot deserve what you have done
So I believe the lie that I will always be the same
and I lose myself in the guilt and shame
But you oh Lord cast it all away
in all your glory there I want to stay
All I want to do is hide
and bury these mistakes deep inside
I let it control me, giving it authority
Instead of choosing to live in Your glory
But when I give it to You
You don't care what I've done or will do
Your power and might cleanses me
Until I'm made new
A righteous, spotless saint passionate for You
I know I'm forgiven and I know I'm loved
Lord help me to remember Your salvation
Every day reminds me through those revelations
That I am free from accusation
because of Your Love.(poems go here)
