Redemption

Redemption

(Seven deadly Sins and The Ten Commandments)

Seven detestable haughty eyes

Lying hands, innocent

A heart that schemes evil

Witness who lies amongst brothers

Any god

In the heavens or on the earth or in the sea

Will not let you go unpunished

You have six days

To do work

Honor your father, the Lord your God

Murder and adultery

Will steal you away

Testify

Covet what belongs to you

This poem is a collaboration of The Ten Commandments and The Seven Deadly Sins in The Bible. I picked and chose different words (but in the same order) to give it a new, and completely revised meaning. I hope you enjoy.
