Redemption

Redemption

I have fallen through the cracks of success,

nothing can save me from the whirlwinds of failure and defeat.

Nothing can raise me up again because there's no need for it.

Redemption is a myth lost in time, and the feelings divine, and powerless in our time as we begin to rhyme with our hearts. In a mine of gold, and dirt that we call life. Understand that we might. Taint the name, and cause the pain that your child feels at night. Yet there's more to gain from the crook in the frame because those that remain will fight. Forever and ever because nothing will sever the ties we have together. Light and darkness, life and death. Feeling forever in flight of breath. Though Covered in our affliction is our redemption.
