In The Redwoods

Sat, 01/04/2014 - 10:49 -- philify

Well I'm lost.

Even with all the love I did find,

doubts sometimes arise in my mind.

Well I'm lost.

Wondering if you can help me find

a direction of the good kind.

But see  I see,

thick In the air the ties between,

like  line to bollard in concrete.

See I see.

You're what keeps me

from drifting out to sea.

You're what I need.

A spot of coal when I'm low on steam,

the blur between reality and my dreams.

You're love is what I need.

Rooted like an old growth tree,

shadowing even eternity.
