Reese, I See The Real You

As the waves crash against the burning sand

There is always you waiting for a helping hand

No matter the distance between

You were always there, seen

Through thick and thin

You somehow always lift my chin

Ready for what the world has

You’d never let the opportunity pass

In my darkest days

You’re my sunshine rays

Knowing what makes a smile

I knew you’d be here for a while

Which is why today

I know in my heart that you are here to stay

Reese, it is because I love you

That I can now see the real you
