Dear Purpose,

 

You have been hidden

You have been malleable

You have been questionable

But tonight, you have been unearthed

 

For minutes, days, years, you were classified as a reflection of happiness

Though secretly, you lie simply as a reflection

You accept, you show unity, you influence, you inspire

You are me, and this is MY purpose

I am a mirror of all the good in people

I see the good in everyone

I see myself in everyone

And I reflect it onto them

 

For people to diminish their negativity

They must be exposed to the positivity around them and inside of them

So I am here to reflect that upon them and change their world

 

I am not scared to reveal those whom I am not close to

I am not scared of what they will think of me

Because in the long run, I am just a reflection of the best version of them

 

My reflection may be intentional and sometimes it may not

Whether I reach two miles or to the nearest smiles

I will always be powerful and I will always be on

 

I am a mirror

Some say I am a walking flower, with pollen as happiness and love

But I am actually a mirror

 

My pollen is your pollen

My petals are your petals

My heart is your heart

 

Happiness and positivity isn’t hard to achieve

Although some may think so

Happiness and positivity is already inside of every being

Although some may not see it

This is why I am here

 

Look at me

Feel my presence

Soak in my essence

And you will soon see the reflection of your own internal happiness and positivity

 

This is my purpose.
