Reflectionisms part 3

Reflectionisms
Part Three
While I am in pain you have a laugh on me,
I'm suffering but you feel no responsibility
Your life is better since I left you,
You get it all, I've got nothing to do,
I may use to cope, you just abuse.
You think you are good
You think you are better,
You are a pretender
You break your own rules
You are a repeat offender
To yourself you appear to be just, and kind
You think you are a fair, loving and caring person,
To not see the truth, you must be blind.
There is no other reason, no other excuse
I have had more than enough of your ABUSE
What's it like inside your head?
Do you have any of remorse for all you have said
You can't really like yourself……. do you?
I wonder how you manage to get out of bed.
How do you justify all the wrong you do?
The truth is that you don't even know…..... do you.
You choose not to believe it when told what you do
You care not for others opinions and would not let them judge you
I try to tell you but you don't listen to me,
To see yourself as you really appear on the outside to be
You must look through the eyes of your worst enemy
And now that I think of it…….. it's all so clear to me
To see your true reflection, see past your own lies
You will need to see yourself through my eyes.
